Outside my window, it was raining until a few minutes ago. Now it's sunny and windy.
I am thinking about how much I love wearing skirts.
I am thankful for my dishwasher. It's one of my household servants. =)
From the learning rooms, finding a better way to do my weekly planning.
From the kitchen, a sorry-looking batch of chocolate cupcakes that stuck to the pans, even though they were well-greased.
I am wearing a khaki skirt, a blue sweater, and brown flats.
I am creating a knitted swatch.
I am going to the library. (Actually, I just got back.)
I am reading "The Five Love Languages of Children."
I am hoping that I can become a better manager of my time.
I am hearing the wind and cars driving by.
Around the house, I need to catch up on some laundry.
One of my favorite things is my laptop (with wireless Internet access!).
A few plans for the rest of the week: Finishing my recipes for the Festival of Breads and doing something a little special for Valentine's Day.
Here is picture thought I am sharing...
This is a picture I took of the Alps when we went to Germany in April, 2007.
I enjoyed your Daybook. I have also read the Five Love Languages of Children and thought it was very beneficial. My husband and I got to hear the author speak at a marriage conference!
Thank you for visiting!
I'd love to go to a marriage conference with my husband. It's just a little tricky arranging childcare because our families are in another state.
So far the book is very good, meaning I've marked a lot of pages with Post-It flags! =)
